Boosting Financial Education Through Organic Social

Happy Money works with consumers to refinance their debt and achieve financial wellness. We partnered with Happy Money to refresh their organic social media presence, bring their brand to life, and engage their audience with personal finance topics that inform and entertain.

  • Social media campaigns, editorial planning, and content production

  • +19% engagement rate

Working off of Happy Money’s content pillars and editorial priorities, we dove into creative brainstorming sessions to curate monthly campaign themes and subtopics that spanned a spectrum of personal finance subjects. These campaign themes represented a narrative woven around seasonal trends like National Financial Literacy Month in April, financial independence in July, and financial gratitude in November.

We also included a variety of evergreen topics that highlighted tips on saving, budgeting, and passive income. We shared trending financial news and explored timely topics on how to navigate inflation and rising interest rates. Tapping into social trends helped balance the harder-hitting financial news. Sharing playful GIFs and publishing fun series like “If Your Credit Card Could Text” positioned Happy Money as a relatable brand focusing on the positives during tight times.

We led the copywriting off all social posts and produced a variety of multimedia assets to amplify the impact of our content, eventually expanding to TikTok and animated motion graphics to liven up Happy Money’s feeds and drive deeper community engagement.

In the first three months of our social content being out in the world, overall engagement increased 19%, Facebook generated 6.9MM impressions, and Instagram impressions grew 96% to 1.5MM
